Felipe Bronze · Two Michelin stars
Brazilian avant-garde cuisine, born from fire.
The restaurant
Founded in 2010, Oro has a history marked by numerous awards, innovations and turning points in the Brazilian gastronomic scene. Frequently named Best Restaurant by leading food and wine publications, the restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2015 and a second in 2018.
In 2016, it won three awards in the Veja Rio Comer & Beber guide: Chef of the Year, Best Contemporary Restaurant and Sommelier of the Year.
The fire
Live fire takes center stage in the preparation of our two menus.
The first, Criatividade (Creativity), is crafted daily with market-fresh ingredients, respecting seasonality and offering a longer journey through our cuisine.
The second, Afetividade (Affection), is more concise, designed for those who prefer just two courses.
From the menu

Chocolate in different forms, to close the menu.
The dining room
Awarded Best Sommelier by several publications, Cecilia Aldaz leads the dining room and the wine pairing for both menus — and signs a wine list that evolves with the kitchen.
